CCEFP studentIndustry members benefit from CCEFP research and resources
CCEFP Industry Members enjoy many benefits in return for their financial contributions. All share in opportunities to meet the researchers and their students and receive regular updates on the progress of the work that is being done on the research projects. All have royalty-free licenses to non-patented discoveries and inventions. The CCEFP use its principal and sustaining representatives to participate in the Industrial Advisory Board making recommendations on research projects and the resource apportionment. All have the opportunity to directly benefit from the patented inventions based on each company's level of pledged support.

Early awareness of new developments in fluid power technology
Industry Members receive monthly newsletters containing the latest information regarding CCEFP activities and accomplishments. Members are invited to attend semi-annual research reviews hosted at partner universities where they will receive detailed updates on all CCEFP programs. These events not only provide an excellent opportunity to raise industry awareness of the research advancements, but also allow for networking with students, professors and other industry members.

HttpPreferential access to students
Industry Members have web access to CCEFP student resumes, thus enabling them to identify students available for internships and those approaching graduation. The internship program includes a web-based job submission and online recruiting tool available to industry members looking for students interested in internship opportunities.

Industry collaborationResearch Project Champions
Industry Members have opportunities to volunteer as champions for research projects that are of particular interest. This collaborative win-win environment provides a chance for industry to enlighten and guide the researchers with their real life work experiences, while staying abreast of the latest research results. Informal visits to CCEFP institutions are welcome and provide yet another opportunity to engage both students and the leadership team.

Preferential status regarding CCEFP intellectual property
Industry Members are granted preferential terms when licensing patents for commercial applications. They receive special notifications regarding invention disclosures, patent filings and new technology breakthroughs.
